What You’ll Do
- Lead daily clinical operations and support overall clinic performance
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff and team development
- Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused clinic culture
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and quality standards
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to community reputation
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative
- Passion for team development and clinic growth
