We are partnering with a growing, mission-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider launching a brand new clinic in the Richmond, Virginia area. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while building a strong, supportive environment for clinicians.

With a focus on clinical excellence, mentorship, and sustainable growth, the leadership team prioritizes creating systems and support structures that allow BCBAs to focus on meaningful outcomes rather than administrative burden. This new clinic represents an exciting opportunity to build a program from the ground up, establish best practices, and develop a high-performing clinical team.

Job Details

Lead and oversee clinical operations for a new center-based ABA clinic

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians

Ensure high-quality implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans

Conduct clinical observations, data reviews, and ongoing program evaluations

Provide coaching, feedback, and training to support staff development and performance

Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements

Collaborate with leadership to build and scale clinic operations and clinical excellence

Support hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical team members

Utilize ABA technology platforms and data systems to monitor outcomes and drive decision-making

Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on client outcomes and team success

Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing program growth and strategy

Limited travel may be required
