As a Biomedical Services Supervisor, you'll lead an onsite team of Biomedical Equipment Technicians, serve as a trusted partner to hospital stakeholders, and help drive operational excellence that supports patient care.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and develop Biomedical Equipment Technicians
• Provide technical guidance and support on repairs, PMs, and troubleshooting
• Manage workflow, staffing priorities, and team performance

Clinical Engineering Operations

• Oversee maintenance, repair, inspection, and calibration of medical equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain service records, inventory, and documentation
• Support on-call coverage as needed

Customer Partnership

• Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and clinical staff
• Assist with equipment evaluations and technology planning
• Educate customers on safe equipment operation and best practices

What You'll Bring

Required

• Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics Technology, or equivalent technical training
• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills across a variety of medical devices
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading technicians
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred

• CBET certification
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience supporting clinical engineering operations in a hospital setting

Pay Range for All Locations Listed:

$89,718.16 - $143,678.30

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
