Job purpose
- Develop succession planning for clinical leadership and clinical support positions.
- Promote diversity in the clinical department for PEP''s therapeutic schools and central office leadership.
- Invite existing licensed/licensure eligible clinical and support staff to fellowship cohort meetings when they are engaged in the supervision process to streamline supervisory opportunities and give fellows exposure to those currently in leadership and support roles.
- Provide a holistic clinical experience with exposure to multiple facets of school-based programming facilitated by central office leadership in conjunction with site-based clinicians.
- Optimize growth potential for therapeutic schools through the fellowship program to develop skills needed for program sustainability as well as future program development/expansion.
Duties and responsibilities
- Must meet documentation and productivity requirements in a timely manner to support clinical services through completion of mental health assessments, ISP development, group TBS, individual TBS and psychotherapy. This position will support clinical teams in facilitating training as needed.
- Must participate in individual and group supervision as determined by the Sr. Director, Clinical Services and designees throughout the school year.
- Candidates must prepare for and take independent licensure exams within six months after accrual of required supervision hours following the completion of the fellowship program.
Qualifications
Valid mental health license (LSW, LPC or Ohio School Psychologist) required.
Mental health licensure must be obtained by 8/1/26. Candidates must have completed a master''s program and be eligible to start accruing hours for independent licensure (LISW, LPCC).
School psychologist licensure must be obtained by 8/1/26. Candidates must be eligible to start accruing hours for independent school psychologist licensure per Ohio State Board of Psychology guidelines.
Must complete TCI training.
