Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist
Location: Detroit, MI 48201
Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Payrate: $57-$59/hour
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing on patient specimens
- Analyze and verify test results with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
- Collect, process, and prepare specimens for testing
- Document and report laboratory findings accurately and promptly
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve testing discrepancies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding test results
- Maintain proper laboratory records and inventory supplies
- Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines at all times
Qualifications:- Active Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
- 2+ year of recent laboratory experience preferred
