The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in beautiful Helena, MT to find skilled and motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientists to join their team.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

In this role, you’ll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals performing critical diagnostic testing that directly supports patient care and clinical decision -making.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing on blood and other body fluid specimens<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and attention to detail<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, & healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced laboratory environment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in on -call coverage as needed<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital setting<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent field<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • National certification through agencies such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
