Seeking an experienced and versatile Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS Generalist) to support laboratory operations on the day shift. The ideal candidate brings strong, well-rounded diagnostic capabilities with demonstrated, recent hands-on expertise in Blood Banking/Immunohematology. This opportunity features flexible scheduling options within a collaborative clinical setting utilizing the Harvest Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Five 8-hour shifts (5x8)
Four 10-hour shifts (4x10)
Three 12-hour shifts (3x12)
Required Qualifications & Experience
Licensure: Current, active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license in good standing.
Specialty Experience: Proven, recent clinical experience in Blood Bank is mandatory, in addition to core generalist competencies.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Harvest LIS is strongly preferred.
Competencies: Strong critical thinking skills, ability to prioritize specimen processing, and proficiency with clinical instrumentation, quality control, and crossmatch procedures.
Health & Onboarding Requirements
Documented Tuberculosis (TB) clearance completed within the past 12 months (PPD skin test, QuantiFERON blood test, or negative chest X-ray clearance).
Current professional credentials, background clearance, and pre-placement health screenings per clinical guidelines.
Housing & Geographic Information
