THE POSITION In this role, as the Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will provide technical direction to the technologist and perform technical, administrative, and managerial functions under the lab directors supervision. Support and lead change in the laboratory; assist with the selection, development, and retention of human resources, clinical supervision, performance appraisal, and compliance.
