Clinical Manager – INCLUSION TABS
Make a Difference Through Clinical Leadership
Howard Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our INCLUSION TABS (Tutoring and Behavioral Services) K to 5th grade program. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed clinician and leader who is committed to helping children with emotional, behavioral, neurodivergent, and intellectual disabilities achieve success through individualized, trauma-informed educational and behavioral supports.
As the Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, staff supervision, program oversight, crisis management, and direct support to students and families while helping shape the future of a highly specialized educational treatment program. You will play a critical role in fostering a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented environment where students can develop the skills needed to transition successfully to less restrictive educational settings.
About INCLUSION TABS
INCLUSION TABS is a licensed tutorial program that provides intensive, trauma-informed educational and behavioral treatment services for children who require a highly individualized learning environment. Serving up to nine students at a time, the program offers short-term, one-to-one academic and behavioral support designed to strengthen emotional regulation, communication, social-emotional functioning, adaptive skills, independence, and academic achievement.

Vermont regulation mandates that if you do not hold a valid license then you must be on the Roster of Nonlicensed & Noncertified Psychotherapists before you can be hired for work in this position. If you are not yet on the Roster, please begin the process immediately to avoid delay in hiring. Note this process may take 3-5 days for in-state applications and up to several weeks for out-of-state applications.
