BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager supporting our Williston and Rutland, Vermont, home health offices. What You''ll Do as a Clinical Manager

As a Clinical Manager, you'll combine hands-on clinical expertise with leadership and mentorship to help your team deliver exceptional home health care.

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate, mentor, and support field nursing staff while fostering a collaborative, patient-focused team culture.
• Deliver Clinical Excellence: Conduct client visits and nursing assessments throughout the Williston and Rutland service areas and surrounding communities.
• Oversee Care Planning: Develop individualized plans of care and monitor their implementation to promote quality outcomes and continuity of care.
• Support and Supervise Clinicians: Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and ongoing support to nurses working in the field.
• Welcome New Team Members: Facilitate new-hire orientation and help nurses feel confident, prepared, and supported in their roles.
• Promote Professional Growth: Participate in nurse training, staff education, and in-service programs that strengthen clinical knowledge and skills.
• Champion Quality Care: Help maintain high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and compliance while supporting the needs of clients, families, and staff.

What You''ll Need

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home Health Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.
