Pay Range: $56 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews for patients enrolled in clinical programs.
- Identify and address drug therapy problems and gaps in care.
- Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 90%.
- Work independently while utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- At least 2 years of MTM experience.
- B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Active pharmacy licensure in your state of residence.
- Strong independent work ethic and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent clinical skills to assess and manage patient medication needs.
