Department and Job Summary
The Clinical Education Department is responsible for the assessment and preparation of international healthcare professionals to practice in the United States. The department also serves ongoing educational and remediation needs for healthcare professionals at all stages of their employment with Avant.
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for directing, organizing and supervising the work of an offsite nursing staff, which includes registered nurses (RNs) on long term contract assignments at our client companies located throughout the United States. The Clinical Operations Manager will also provide clinical support to client healthcare facilities as needed in the absence of the Director of Clinical Operations.

This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
