Pay Range: $56/hr - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Review prior authorization requests based on defined criteria to determine medication approval or denial.

Meet a production goal of 90% with an average of 40 cases completed per day.

Maintain a quality goal of 95% for Q1 2026 and 99% for Q2-Q4 2026.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance and transparency in the authorization process.
- Foster a culture of accountability, courage, curiosity, trust, and service within the team.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 1+ years of experience in retail, hospital, managed care, or PBM settings, with prior authorization review experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
- Current state’s Pharmacist license with no restrictions.
- Preferred: Pharmacist Licenses in NC, CA, NJ, AZ, KS, TX, IN, GA.
- Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel is a plus.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
