Location: Remote (U.S. – Must be able to work PST or EST hours)
Pay Rate: $32 – $43 per hour

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Clinical Recruiters to support a growing and dynamic Home Healthcare organization. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for recruiting professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing clinical talent.

The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for building robust candidate pipelines, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and delivering high-quality hires across clinical roles within the home health space. This role requires a proactive, strategic approach to sourcing and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clinical candidates using job boards, social media, networking, industry associations, and other sourcing strategies

  • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms including job boards, professional networks, and academic institutions

  • Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

  • Conduct interviews using structured, competency-based, and behavioral techniques

  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, clinical experience, and cultural fit

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate integration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Provide recruiting updates, analytics, and reporting to internal stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and organizational standards

  • Assist in enhancing employer branding and promoting the organization as an employer of choice

  • Partner with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes

  • Support additional recruiting or HR-related projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on clinical or healthcare recruiting

  • Experience recruiting within home health or home care environments preferred

  • Strong sourcing experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools

  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Proven ability to conduct various interview types, including behavioral and competency-based interviews

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to analyze candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Fully remote position

  • Must be available to work within PST or EST business hours
