About the Role: Prime Clinical Research Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team in Mansfield, TX. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical trial operations in compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines
Screen, enroll, and monitor study participants throughout the duration of clinical trials
Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for study sponsors, IRBs, and clinical monitors
Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including IRB submissions and protocol amendments
Administer study procedures, collect biological samples, and perform assessments per protocol
Ensure participant safety and informed consent compliance throughout all study phases
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a health science, biology, or related field preferred
Prior experience in clinical research coordination or a clinical setting strongly preferred
Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB submission processes
ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRC, CCRP) is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
