Schedule: Day Shift 5 8-hour shifts

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and coordinate multiple clinical research studies. The selected candidate will work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs), patients, study sponsors, and Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) to ensure clinical trials are conducted according to study protocols and GCP/ICH guidelines.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies.

• Recruit, enroll, and retain clinical trial participants.

• Obtain informed consent and educate patients about study requirements.

• Coordinate patient visits, appointments, labs, and study-related procedures.

• Monitor patient compliance with clinical trial protocols.

• Maintain accurate study documentation and participant binders.

• Enter patient visit data into electronic data capture systems within required timelines.

• Manage investigational product (IP) accountability, inventory, temperature monitoring, and expiration dates.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Patient-facing clinical trials experience is mandatory.

• Experience managing patients, including informed consent, vitals/EKG, lab processing, medication dispensing, and clinical documentation.

• Epic experience is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Ability to follow GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical study protocols.
