Clinical Resource Leader - Observation

Lead, mentor, and elevate patient care as a Charge Nurse / Clinical Supervisor (or your preferred job title). Working under the direction of the Nurse Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate comprehensive, lifespan-based patient care for your independent unit. This role is a vital leadership resource within the department, designed to promote cost-effective healthcare while aligning team performance with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Direct Operations: Supervise, plan, coordinate, and evaluate daily patient care and unit workflows. Develop Staff: Facilitate continuous professional development and clinical growth for your nursing team. Deliver Lifespan Care: Ensure comprehensive care tailored to the unique growth and development needs of patients across all ages. Drive Alignment: Act as a departmental leader and resource, ensuring daily operations support organizational and leadership goals. Hourly Pay Range: $41.56 - $61.30 Qualifications Education: Prefer a bachelors degree or higher in Nursing. Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience relevant to the patient populations and/or scope of practice. Demonstrated leadership ability is a plus. Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current, valid AZ RN license, a temporary AZ RN license, or avalid compact RN licensure for the current state of practice. Must be in good standing with the issuing Board of Nursing. Requires a BLS card obtained through an American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. In addition, certification or continuing education may be required based on the area of practice: Observation:Must have ACLS upon hire or transfer. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred. Requires effective communication skills. The ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must. Bilingual is preferred.
