Wentworth Senior Living is hiring a Scheduler for our growing team!

Open Position: Clinical Scheduler

Schedule: Onsite, 30 hours/week

Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum

Rate of Pay: $24/hr

Job Description:

  • Create, maintain, and update clinical staff schedules; coordinate shift coverage, including call-outs, open shifts, and last-minute changes
  • Educate Clinical team members on proper time-off requirements
  • Educate the clinical team and new hires on how to navigate the scheduling system, including but not limited to picking up and dropping off shifts.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with OnShift scheduling platform preferred
