Marion County requires on-site work. Remote work is not available.

Marion County Health & Human Services is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and collaborative Clinical Supervisor 2 to join our dedicated Behavioral Health Crisis team. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical and administrative guidance to our Aid and Assist and Civil Commitment teams, supporting staff in their work with individuals experiencing complex behavioral health needs. This is an opportunity for an experienced behavioral health professional who values teamwork, brings sound clinical judgment, and enjoys helping staff navigate challenging situations while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The ideal candidate will provide approachable, hands-on leadership, offer clinical guidance, and help staff feel confident and supported in their work. Experience with Civil Commitment processes, Aid and Assist services, and collaboration with local hospitals and the Oregon Health Authority is valuable. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential to helping our teams work effectively together. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of both strong clinical practice and effective day-to-day operations.
