Clinical Supervisor - Boise Fairview

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide behavioral health services and/or consultation to clients served in order to improve psychosocial functioning

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.
2. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
3. Current professional license in the state of Idaho (LPC, LMSW).
4. One year assessment and counseling experience (may include school internship in a Master's program)
5. Experience formulating a 5-Axis DSM IV diagnosis.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Experience working with disenfranchised populations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Valid LCSW, LCPC or equivalent in the State of Idaho.
2. Bilingual in Spanish and English
3. Two or more years' experience assessing and counseling clients.
4. Experience working in a medical setting, community health setting, or as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.
6. Approved supervisor with the State of Idaho Counseling or Social Work Board.
7. Familiarity with State of Idaho Health & Welfare Mental Health system.
8. Thorough knowledge of local referral sources.
