About the RoleJoin Ellie Mental Health's new clinic in Glens Falls, NY as a Clinical Supervisor, where you’ll provide support to our compassionate and driven Pre-Licensed therapist dedicated to transforming mental health care. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact—supporting both clients and clinicians in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 LMSW's or MHC's, ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance.
  • Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care.
  • Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care.
  • Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
  • Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • Active LCSW or LMHC-D license in New York State.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for empowering both clients and clinicians.
  • Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
