This is your chance to make a meaningful impact—supporting both clients and clinicians in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do: <ul><li>Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 LMSW's, ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance.</li><li>Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care.</li><li>Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.</li><li>Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care.</li><li>Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.</li><li>Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives.</li><li>Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For: <ul><li>Master’s degree in Social Work</li><li>Active LCSW license in New York State.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.</li><li>A collaborative spirit and passion for empowering both clients and clinicians.</li><li>Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.</li></ul>Why Ellie?
