The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and program oversight primarily across our juvenile justice-based programs. This direct service and supervisory role provides high-quality, trauma-informed clinical care while supporting interns, coordinating programs, and leading program implementation. The Clinical Supervisor maintains strong relationships with community partners, ensures compliance with agency and funding requirements, and supports data-driven program improvement.
The Clinical Supervisor position is contingent upon the employee’s ability to consistently meet the performance expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by NuPAGE Communities.
