The clinical supervisor is a management level position that works in cooperation with the Clinical Director and is responsible for the Supervision of up to six (6) therapists and/or CPST Providers. The clinical supervisor is also required to provide clinical services to clients.
This position requires about six (6) hours per week. The clinical supervisor will work in their assigned full or part-time clinical and/or administrative position. They are also responsible for the following:
The clinical supervisor is knowledgeable about all agency policies and procedures and adheres to such procedures. The clinical supervisor is in good standing with their current case loads and job responsibilities including the accuracy and timeliness of submitting clinical documentation. The clinical supervisor will maintaingood standing with the State of Ohio Counseling and Social Worker Board. The clinical supervisor willdemonstrate strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management and conflict resolution skills. The clinical supervisor will use group and/or individual supervision to review cases and concerns of their supervisees. This will also be the platform where supervisees receive instructions/recommendations and information regarding the general operation of MBHG.
Essential Functions and Duties: Supervise the activities of the therapists or CTs and CPST Providers in assigned supervisory group. Supervision includes the reviewing of Diagnostic Assessments, Individual Service Plans, SALs and Progress Notes for accuracy, content, and |
