Overview:

This position oversees delivery of consumer support services for assigned locations. Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. Multiple resource and/or reimbursement models may be involved in achieving objectives within broad guidelines.

External Job Description:

• Coordinates the interdisciplinary team for evaluation, selection of person(s) served and development/maintenance of his/her service
• Supervises operations to ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements
• Supervises services to ensure compliance with All Ways Caring CARES standards, to ensure responsiveness to needs of person(s) served
• Supervises services to ensure maximum attention to goals, functional limitations and safety of persons(s) served and documents all activities accordingly
• Participates in facilitating required clinical staff training
• Encourages clinical staff to report issues of non-compliance through appropriate channels
• Educates and encourages clinical staff on incident prevention and timely reporting
• Coordinates clinical service delivery to ensure the provisions of quality service and supports for each person(s) served
• Supervises the implementation of fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation and use of financial resources
• Participates in planning and marketing efforts to promote new business development and a positive company image
• Supervises efforts to foster a positive work environment and appropriate deployment of employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Two-year previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
• State licensure at the associate level required; independent level preferred
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to use calculator and operate general office equipment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven supervisory skills
• Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Travel up to 25%
• Must be able to travel between sites, staying overnight as necessary

Salary Range: USD $58,250.00 / Year
