  • Produce and maintain KPIs, trend analyses, risk assessments, and recommendations to support management decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, document, and escalate inventory constraints, expiry risks, release delays, forecast changes, and potential supply interruptions; support mitigation planning with the responsible Clinical Supply Manager.
  • Coordinate monthly supply-plan updates with Clinical Supply Managers, depot teams, manufacturers, and other external partners, and implement updates resulting from approved decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to gather and track QA/QP release, GMP, shipment, importation, and other required documentation to support operational readiness.
  • Maintain action, decision, risk, assumption, and dependency logs and follow assigned items through closure.
  • Provide analysis and operational support for the development and implementation of approved clinical supply strategies, timelines, budgets, and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and promptly escalate issues requiring management attention or decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical supply planning, pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain, or a related operations environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of clinical supply concepts, including demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation, shelf life, packaging and labeling, release readiness, distribution, and depot operations.
  • Experience supporting multiple studies or products in a global, cross-functional, and outsourced operating model preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear risks, scenarios, and recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with demand-planning, forecasting, inventory, or reporting tools strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise analyses and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through across multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work independently within defined responsibilities, while escalating decisions, risks, and exceptions appropriately.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.
