CLINICAL TEAM LEADER

We are seeking for a Clinical Team Leader to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinical Team Leader will oversee and supervise the delivery of residential services to individuals. This includes ensuring the provision of services prescribed in Life Plans and Staff Action plans as well as oversight of staff training and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• For assigned residences, oversee and supervise the delivery of residential services to individuals.

This includes ensuring the provision of services prescribed in Life Plans and Staff Action plans as well as oversight of staff training and regulatory compliance

• Supervise Residence Managers and residential staff.
• Ensure that treatment services are provided and documented as per government regulations and laws and agency policy. As well as ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education, or a related Human Services field.
• At least one(1) year of experience working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Significant knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and the delivery of person centered residential services to individuals of varying ages with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and writing.
• Ability to effectively train and supervise residential staff.
• Ability to work effectively with residents and their families, as well as with other individuals and groups in the community.
