Healing Arts Institute of South Florida is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join their compassionate team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field
• Active Florida licensure or licensure eligibility (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or registered intern status)
• Experience providing direct clinical therapy services in a behavioral health or mental health setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to cultural competency
