All Custom Closets Corporation is looking for a skilled Closet Installer to join our growing team in Bay Shore, NY! This is a hands-on role where you'll transform living spaces by bringing custom closet designs to life — one satisfied customer at a time. Responsibilities:

• Install custom closet systems, shelving, and storage solutions in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret design plans and installation blueprints accurately
• Measure, cut, and fit components to ensure precise, professional installations
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently on every job site
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all installations meet company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers during and after installation
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment to job sites

Requirements:

• Prior experience in closet installation, carpentry, or general construction preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and follow design layouts and installation instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
