Beyond the Box is a design-first kitchen and bath studio in Billings, and we're bringing that same approach to closets, pantries, mudrooms, garages, and storage. We partner with top manufacturers, so your energy goes where it matters: the design and the client. The relationship is the product here. We don't compete on price. We compete on design, expertise, and trust.

We're not looking for someone who quotes shelving by the linear foot. We're looking for someone who asks how a client actually gets ready in the morning, designs around it, and then closes it. If you're the rockstar who wants to build a closet program and own it, keep reading.

What you'll do

• Meet clients in their homes and in our studio, then measure and design custom closets, pantries, mudrooms, garages, and home offices
• Turn a conversation into a design, the design into a proposal, and the proposal into a signed project
• Own your projects from first measure through install, working hand in hand with our install team and vendors
• Build your pipeline: follow up on every lead, work referrals, and partner with builders, remodelers, and our own kitchen designers
• Keep HubSpot current so every client and every deal is tracked
• Be the go-to storage expert on a team of kitchen and bath designers

What you need

• 2+ years in design sales: closets, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, furniture, or interiors
• Experience with design software or the drive to learn it fast
• Accurate measuring and an eye for what's missing (outlets, door swings, baseboards, sloped ceilings) before it costs you
• A consultative style: you listen first, design second, and close because you earned it
• A competitive streak: you know your numbers and you want to beat them
• A self-starter who can run a full calendar of appointments and follow-ups
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for in-home consults

How it works

• Full-time, based at our Billings studio with in-home appointments around the area
• Base pay plus commission, with estimated annual earnings of $50,000+ in first year.
• No cap on commission. The more you design and close, the more you earn.
