We are a well-established and respected title insurance company based on Long Island, serving clients across the New York metro area. Known for our professionalism, responsiveness, and strong client relationships, we’re seeking a skilled Closing Desk Coordinator to join our team and help support a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
The Closing Desk Coordinator plays a key role in preparing and coordinating all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of title insurance and real estate closing processes in New York.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal staff
Review and prepare closing packages, policies, and related documentation
Confirm that all closing requirements are met with Clearance Officer (cleared title, payoff information, escrow requirements, etc.)
Maintain communication with all parties to ensure smooth, timely closings
Update internal systems and follow up on post-closing items as needed
Provide general support to the closing and clearance teams
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in a similar role at a title company or familiar with real estate closings
Strong understanding of New York title insurance requirements and knowledge of residential/commercial closing procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in title production systems (e.g., TrackerPro) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deadlines
Ideal candidate resides in eastern Queens or western Nassau County
What We Offer:
Location: Long Island, NY (On-site)
Competitive salary of $55,000–$75,000, based on experience
