Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate a talented team to provide excellent service.
• Ensure quality food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Complete nightly procedures: register counts, safe drops, inventory prep
• Assign closing task and follow up to ensure store is ready for the next day
• handles guest concerns professionally and promptly

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
