About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Cloud Architect to join a dynamic project team. In this role, you will contribute to designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop cloud architecture strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure, including network design, security configurations, and cloud services.
- Evaluate and select appropriate cloud technologies and tools to meet project needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of cloud solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for cloud security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Build and operate VPC/Shared VPC, subnets, routes, firewall policies, and DNS patterns.
- Define ingress/egress architecture, NAT, load balancing patterns, and private access.
- Support hybrid connectivity concepts (VPN/Interconnect), routing, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver network changes safely via Terraform modules and staged rollouts.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GCP networking fundamentals, secure segmentation, and egress control patterns.
- Experience with Terraform-based network provisioning and change safety/blast-radius management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting using logs/flow data and systematic triage.
- 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Centralized firewall governance.
- Service perimeter concepts.
- WAF patterns.
