Cloud Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer is responsible for performing technical work analyzing, recommending, designing, installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, testing, and repairing network infrastructure, including WANs, LANs, VoIP, Video, Wired, and Wireless networks. you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our on-premises and cloud network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted and reliable service delivery to our clients. You will collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and support network solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other networking devices.
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Assess the cloud provider requirements and participate in migrating the On-Premise workloads to cloud providers.
• Implement and enforce network security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
• Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to accommodate the company's growing business needs.
• Serves as project manager for multiple projects, creating timelines and cost projections, organizing collaborative meetings, and ensuring projects comply with specifications, timelines, and budgets
• Reviews work and projects for technical accuracy
• Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
• Design and support our network systems and infrastructure
• Configure and operate routers and switches
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis

Qualifications

• Needed technologies: Cisco Router and Firewalls, Cisco FirePower Firewalls, OSPF, BGP, Security, and Network Architecture
• 5+ years of experience with network engineering
