Description

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a Cloud PC Administrator to support enterprise IT operations, including Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (Cloud PC), Microsoft 365 administration, end-user support, and infrastructure operations. The successful candidate will help maintain a stable enterprise computing environment while working closely with global infrastructure teams to resolve issues, implement projects, and improve IT services.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Administer Microsoft Azure cloud environments following company security standards.
  • Support Azure Virtual Desktop (Cloud PC) environments.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, laptops, networking, and office IT equipment.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, document resolutions, and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide technical support to enterprise users.
  • Coordinate IT projects with global infrastructure teams.
  • Help manage Help Desk operations and monitor team performance.
  • Prepare productivity and operational reports.
  • Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  • Support occasional after-hours, weekend, and travel requirements for urgent business needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–4 years of enterprise IT or Help Desk experience.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/VDI).
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365.
  • Strong Active Directory knowledge.
  • Windows administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • Security+
  • CCNA
  • Experience leading or mentoring Help Desk teams
  • Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and enterprise networking
  • Familiarity with Windows system infrastructure and endpoint management
This role is onsite 5 days/week
Salary: $71,000-80,000
