Cloud Software Engineer: AFORGE is seeking Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Enterprise IT professionals to develop, modernize, and maintain secure applications and enterprise infrastructure supporting national security missions
Security Clearance: An active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required. Some positions may require eligibility for SCI access or the ability to obtain additional customer-specific clearances.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to meet all customer security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure software solutions.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Support DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD environments.
- Integrate enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Perform software testing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain system performance and reliability.
- Support Agile software development methodologies.
Required Skillsets and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Experience with Java, Python, C++, .NET, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Git, or similar technologies preferred.
