We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Solutions Team Lead to support and enhance internal technology platforms across a growing enterprise environment. This role focuses on modern workplace technologies, cloud-based identity, and endpoint management, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft ecosystems.

This individual will act as a senior technical resource, responsible for engineering, supporting, and improving user-facing platforms across Azure, Microsoft 365, and related services. The position requires a highly skilled Azure-focused engineer with exposure to AWS, capable of working across multiple environments and troubleshooting complex issues in real time.

This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, guiding teams, and operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience across IT infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity platforms (Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Experience managing endpoints and device environments (Intune or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Exposure to AWS services and multi-cloud environments
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
• Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud certifications (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with virtual desktop environments (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop or similar)
• Exposure to Apple device management tools (e.g., Jamf)
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira
• Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid environments

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering and support for cloud-based platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools
• Act as a senior technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues across identity, devices, and cloud environments
• Support and optimize modern desktop environments, including virtual desktops and device management solutions
• Assist in managing identity and access controls, including conditional access policies and authentication systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (networking, security, applications) to resolve issues and improve system performance
• Contribute to the evolution of cloud and endpoint strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability
• Help guide and mentor team members by providing technical direction and sharing best practices
• Support monitoring and reporting efforts to ensure system health, performance, and reliability
• Participate in an on-call rotation and assist with incident response as needed
• Assist with license tracking and system utilization, providing visibility into future needs
