About the Role:
Club Pilates in Southampton, NY is looking for an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our studio! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate wellness community and help members on their Pilates journey from the moment they walk through the door.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage studio scheduling software to book, modify, and cancel class reservations
• Handle membership inquiries, sales, and new member onboarding
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person questions about classes, pricing, and promotions
• Process payments and maintain accurate point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Support instructors and studio management with daily operations as needed

Requirements:

• Prior customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with scheduling and POS software or ability to learn quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment
