Seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinic operations, assist providers with patient care, and perform clinical and administrative duties for patients of all ages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Room patients and assist with patient flow.
Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed.
Perform specimen collection, phlebotomy, and laboratory testing as needed.
Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
Provide telephone, front desk, and patient communication support.
Stock supplies and perform X-ray duties if qualified.
Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
SCHEDULE:
Rotating six-week schedule with 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Schedule may change based on operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Medical Assistant Candidates:
High school diploma or GED.
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) OR an eligible accredited RMA program with required experience and certification exam completion.
Current BLS certification.
LPN Candidates:
Active Minnesota Practical Nurse (PN) license at submission.
