Description
Excellent use of standard measurement equipment (i.e., micrometers, verniers, etc.)
Excellent Blueprint reading skills
Experience and good skills on comparator
Program and operate the Zeiss brand CMM using Calypso
Ability/Availability to work overtime and weekends when required by customer demands
Experience and good skills with Windows applications (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
Review proposals (i.e., prints) to ensure a proper quality plan is feasible with the given job
Actively seek out WIP jobs and complete First-Off inspections to assist in the timely delivery of customer products.
Familiarize yourself with shipment priorities and ensure that these jobs are not delayed due to quality/inspection reasons.
Communication with all AFMs and CETs as needed.
Complete and file all applicable Inspection/Quality paperwork
Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
