Job Title: Contract Maintenance Manager
Department: Facility Operations and Maintenance
Job Summary:
Position performs and provides oversight direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the assigned job site to ensure adherence to contractual objectives to include preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance inspections of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and general knowledge in such trades as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The position must possess a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow proficient. Position will ensure quality results to our customer, providing accurate timely reporting as required, communicating effectively to management as well as subcontractors through routine quality control checks, establishing a good rapport with facility contacts and affiliate personnel.
