CMT Technician

CMT Technician Responsibilities
- Perform field testing of construction materials such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and masonry to verify compliance with project specifications
- Document inspection results and testing data accurately using mobile devices and field reporting systems
- Conduct basic laboratory testing of materials and prepare detailed reports of findings
- Evaluate site conditions and support project teams by communicating observations and recommendations
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and technical staff to address construction-related questions or concerns
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of inspection and testing documentation
- Follow established safety procedures while working in active construction environments
- Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills




Construction Materials Testing Technician Requirements

- Previous construction, materials testing, or field experience required
- ACI, Nuclear gauge or other related certifications are preferred, but not required
- Candidates must have or be able to obtain a Real ID to work on the military base
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive company vehicle required
