    CNA – Certified Nurse Assistant 
     
    Part Time -- Day Shift C.N.A and Part Time Night Shift C.N.A.

We are now seeking compassionate and skilled CNA's Certified Nursing Assistants to join our close-knit team and help us continue delivering the highest standard of care in southwestern Wisconsin.

    Care & Rehab emphasizes the skills and knowledge CNAs bring to our residents’ lives. Whether your experienced or newly licensed, Care & Rehab team members know the reward of providing quality care, mentoring other nurses, and making a difference in others’ wellness.

    As an CNA, you will:
    • Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents
    • Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
    • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
    • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
    • Communicate with nurses 
    • Assist with meals
    • Monitor meal intake
     
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma/GED
    • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin
    • First aid and CPR certified preferred
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
    • Ability to lift heaving objects
    • Ability to work with limited supervision
