Location: Albuquerque, NM Facility: Albuquerque Heights HC Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Any 3 to 4 days out of the week | 6:00 AM 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM 6:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week Pay Rate: $19/hr to $23/hr on W2 (based on distance)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, ensure their comfort and safety, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
Support patient mobility, including transfers and ambulation
Maintain accurate charting and documentation
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
Follow all HIPAA and safety protocols
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
Active CNA Certification from NM
Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferred)
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
