About the Role:KPM Private Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our team in Bellflower, CA. Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
- Monitor and document client health status, vital signs, and any changes in condition
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and care plans
- Administer medication reminders and follow prescribed care plans
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:- Valid CNA certification or proven experience as a professional caregiver
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience with elderly, disabled, or post-surgical care clients
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with limited mobility
