Full-Time CNA Sign-On Bonus

Eligible Full-Time CNAs can earn a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out quarterly during the first year of employment.

Employee Referral Bonus Program

Know a great CNA? Bring them to the team.

• $500 paid to the newly hired Full-Time CNA
• $500 paid to the referring employee
• Bonuses are paid after the new employee successfully completes 90 days of employment

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide high-quality, compassionate resident care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
