Job Description
Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center seeks Certified Nursing Assistants for the 3:00pm-11:00pm shift and 11:00pm-7:00am shift to deliver exceptional care to our residents!

Hiring for: Full-Time (30 hours) Part-Time (22.5 hours) with every other weekend
Pay Range (depending on experience):
CNA: $20.00- $24.98/hr (plus shift differential)
Responsibilities:
- Offer personal care, monitor vital signs, communicate with patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and medication schedules
- Capability to lift and assist patients with mobility
