The McGuire Group is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to its team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
Safely transfer, transport, and reposition residents using appropriate equipment and techniques
Obtain and record vital signs and weights as directed
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights at all times
Assist with admissions, discharges, and restorative nursing activities
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, and facility policies
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality resident care
Perform additional duties within the CNA scope of practice as assigned
