Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full Time Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a full-time night shift position in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the nursing staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist resident with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night shift.
• Assist with resident mobility and transfers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Support nursing staff with various clinical tasks as assigned.
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused, and reliable.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Work Schedule

Full-time night shift position. Alternating weekends and rotating holidays.  Shift runs from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
