Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing team in delivering quality patient care.
ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other daily living activities.
Support patients with nutrition, hydration, elimination, positioning, and restorative care.
Measure and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
Observe patient conditions and report concerns to the Registered Nurse.
Assist with routine clerical duties and maintain organized patient care records.
